Medici is an Austin-based healthcare start-up. It provides a SaaS telemedicine platform that enables medical practices to deliver quality digital healthcare to their patients.

My mission was to help users easily start communicating, experience value, and ultimately decide to continue seeking virtual care.

Some Key Outcomes

  1. A redesigned, SMS-first patient onboarding

  2. Creating internal alignment around strategy & planning

  3. Successful beta tests

This work created a major paradigm shift that now forms the foundation of future Medici offerings.
